La Strada is a Green-Event

​

1. Use materials that are durable or reusable

2. Try not to produce trash at the event with your project/booth

3. If you plan to sell something at the event, please try to sell items that are durable (will last a long time) or compostable

4. Be sure materials used can be either recycled, composted, or put in trash bins

5. Avoid using plastic as much as possible

6. Encourage the use of reusable water bottles at the event and at the school

7. We will have students stationed at waste bins to help direct as much waste as possible to composting, second to recycling, and third if needed to trash

8. No Styrofoam
